Kentucky Fried
Chicken (KFC) is one of the original and most known chicken places of all the
venues. KFC has been around since the early 1950’s. The recipe has been the
same and many people still come to this place to enjoy some old school type of
chicken. The customer service is so so depending on the time of the day and if
the workers love or hate their jobs that day. The quality is great especially
if you get it super fresh. The prices are reasonable to the customers or even
college student. They have a value menu and special deals on various days.
When it comes to
the food nothing has really changed except for the newly acquired grilled
chicken came a few years ago. They still serve the famous fried chicken but
they grilled chicken brought in the healthy eating customers. A great selection would have to be the spicy
chicken wings that they have. They also have their delicious biscuits that are
gracious. The sides are filler-uppers as in when they chicken does the most
part the sides come in to finish up the job. The food quality is alright, tasty
and all; just depends on what chicken you like. The bowl the chicken comes to
is popular as well.
The customer
service is alright. Nothing like the other three, but it is at average when it
comes to the fast food industry. The service isn’t as pleasing or joyful as the
others either. If you don’t want to get an attitude for a messed up order than
the best thing to do is just go through the drive thru. The place is somewhat
clean, but nothing appealing to the eye. Maybe it has to do with the area but
that should not be an excuse. However other than that the service is somewhat
understandable.
The prices are
reasonable to a college student. They make the customer happy and get the most
out of their money. Also the prices keep customers coming back because it is
cheaper than most chicken companies. The value menu does a big part of the
business because the economy is not the best these days. With college students
trying to save, the cheapest prices for would have to be the best. Contributor
explains his opinion about KFC: “For more than 60 years, this all-American institution has
been serving its signature chicken and home-style sides.. In Short
Established in
1939, this fast-food restaurant still makes its legendary fried chicken with
the closely guarded blend of 11 herbs and spices originally created by founder
Colonel Sanders. Modern additions to the menu include oven-roasted
renditions of its chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, potato wedges and wraps.
Classic sides include flaky, oversized biscuits, steaming-hot mashed potatoes
and gravy, smoky-sweet baked beans and crisp, generously dressed coleslaw. Kids
and adults love the "little bucket" parfaits of pudding desserts.”
